Pizza

 

I was busy for three hours non-stop in the kitchen making this delicious pizza in my new 30cm pizza pan.  It would take too long to post every detail of the recipe, but, for those who have a rough idea of what’s involved, here are my ingredients.

 DOUGH

 250g flour – half white and half wholemeal
30g ground almonds
6g salt
1T mixed herbs
125mL warm liquid – natural pineapple juice or/and water
1T honey
7g fast action dried yeast

 TOPPING

 300g bacon/ham pieces, cooked
3 white mushrooms, sliced and cooked
1 green pepper, diced and cooked
75g cheese, grated (or more …)
4 slices of pineapple, finely chopped
130g packet of pepperoni
390g packet of chopped tomatoes and herbs
12 pitted olives, halved
