Quotation

After a rather exhausting week (which thankfully has included my computer being reconnected to the world wide web), I have just returned from spending a day of rest and relaxation at the seaside.  The following couple of lines are from a poem that I learnt at school, and they capture my mood today …

“I must go down to the seas again, for the call of the running tide
Is a wild call and a clear call that may not be denied …”

[from Sea Fever by John Masefield (1878-1967)]
